1. Zakres prac obejmuje wykonanie okresowej obsługi konserwacji, przeglądów urządzeń i instalacji oraz usuwanie awarii powstałych w kotłowniach.
2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia określają:
1) Specyfikacja Techniczna Wykonania i Odbioru Usługi,
2) Wzór umowy,
3) Art. 5 i 62 ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994r. Prawo budowlane,
4) Art. 51 i 54 ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne.
3. Termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia 12 miesięcy od dnia 01-10-2025r., z zastrzeżeniem, że Umowa ulegnie rozwiązaniu w przypadku wyczerpania kwoty stanowiącej wartość oferty.
